01. Who can post the classified advertisement in this site?
In this website, Every registered member is allowed to post their classified advertisements. They can represent themselves or any company.
 
02. Is the membership registration compulsory to post classifieds?
Yes. Membership registration (it is FREE) is compulsory to post classified advertisements in this website.
 
03. Any charges for posting classified advertisements in this website?
It is FREE for 3 classified advertisements for each member account.
 
04. How many free classified advertisements are allowed for each member?
Each member is allowed to post upto 3 classified advertisements for FREE.
 
05. I have already used my free quota. How can I post additional one?
You have 2 options for this.
Option 1: Please drop an email to info@1jct.com for the arrangement to post additional classifieds.
Option 2: You can delete some of your old classifieds, and you will be allowed to post your new classifieds.
 
06. What is the default validity period for each classified advertisement?
Each classified advertisement has the default validity period of 2 weeks. And it will be displayed in the site ONLY during the validity period.

And the validity period usually starts from the very next day (NOT on the same day of posting).
 
07. How to check the validity period for my classified advertisement?
You will be receiving an email for each posted classified with validity period mentioned.

You can also login into this website and go to "Maintain Classifieds" screen under the "Advertisement" Menu. Here you can view / modify / delete your classified advertisements.
 
08. My classified advertisement is not displayed online. What should I do?
Every classified advertisement has a validity period. If the validity period has NOT started (or) already completed, then the classified will not be displayed.

If the validity period is completed, then the classifieds will be unnecessarily occupying your quota. You can consider deleting them and post new classifieds.
 
09. Can I delete my old classifieds to post new classifieds in the free quota?
Yes. You can delete your old classifieds to free your quota for new classifieds.

You can login into this website and go to "Maintain Classifieds" screen under the "Advertisement" Menu. Here you can view / modify / delete all your classifieds.
 
10. How do I delete my old classified advertisement to release my free quota?
You can login and go to "Maintain Classifieds" screen under the "Advertisement" Menu. Here you can view / modify / delete all your classifieds.
 
11. I always want to add more classifieds, What is the process to obtain this access?
Please drop an email to info@1jct.com for the arrangement to post additional classifieds.
 
12. Are the posted classified advertisements published through email also?
Yes. Everyday morning (Your Local Time), this web site server composes an email with all effective classifieds for that day and sent to all subscribed members and classifieds posted authorities.
 
13. How do I subscribe to the everyday morning email "Classifieds Newsletter" ?
It is very simple. Just sign-up (or) complete your membership registration in this website.

And make sure, your profile has valid email address set and email subscription flag enabled.
 
14. I am receiving the "Classifieds Newsletter" email, ONLY WHEN I post my classified. Why?
This web site server sends the "Classifieds Newsletter" email to all subscribed members and classifieds posted authorities. So the posted authorities will always receive this email when some of their posted classifieds are effective.

BUT if you would like to receive the "Classifieds Newsletter" email always, Just login and go to your "Profile Information" screen under "My Account", and ENABLE the email subscription flag.
 
15. How do I stop receiving the "Classifieds Newsletter" email?
In case, if you would like to stop receiving the "Classifieds Newsletter" emails everyday, Please follow the below steps.
- Login into this website
- Goto the menu "My Account"
- Select the menu item "Profile Information"
- In the "Profile Information" page, Unselect the checkbox for email subscription
- Finally submit your changes. That is all.

At later stage, you can always re-enable this feature by selecting the checkbox for email subscription.
 
16. Why is my classified advertisement NOT showing my phone number?
The classified advertisement shows the phone number of the person (who posted the advertisement) in the web page and in the "Classifieds Newsletter" email.
This phone number is obtained from the profile information page of the person account. So please check your profile information (under My Account menu) and ensure your correct phone number is present.
 
17. How to change my phone number appearing for all my classified advertisements?
For changing the phone number appearing for all your classified advertisements, please follow the below steps.
- Login into this website
- Goto the menu "My Account"
- Select the menu item "Profile Information"
- In the "Profile Information" page, Change the value for the "Phone Number" field
- Finally submit your changes. That is all.
