You need to create a supplier account with us, then you will be able to list your items for sale
2. What is Supplier Account?
Supplier account is a profile created in our website to sell your items. You can actually create your profile yourself via New User Sign-up and request for supplier privileges.
 
3. What are the basic features of supplier account?
With supplier account, you will be able to
  • Sell items of your choice to public (duplicate items are not allowed)
  • Receive online orders for those items and process/deliver them
  • Check the balance in your payment account
  • Check the transaction history of your payment account
  • Transfer out your balance to your bank account

    4. What are the charges for creating supplier account?
    It is FREE. There are NO charges involved for having supplier account.
     
    5. What are the charges involved for selling an item?
    The charges involved are one time setup fee, monthly subscription fee and transaction fee. Our charges are affordable for even small startup businesses.

    Please write a mail to info@1jct.com, one of our representative will contact you to explain the proceduce and charges. Also our representative will brief you about any current promotions as well.
       
    6. How do we display our item in the website?
    The setting up of item is completely taken care by us for you. You just need to provide us the item details, image and user guide if any. The one time setup charge apply for this work as mentioned above.

    This is to ensure all the items are displayed in standard manner and looks very nice and neat on web page to give pleasing experience to the end user.
     
    7. How do we receive the online order for our items?
    You will be given a task inbox to monitor. If any orders placed for your items, tasks will be created in your task list with sufficient details to process/deliver the order.

    You can enable Email alert / SMS alert for your task inbox in order to get notified.
     
    8. How do we receive the money for items we supply?
    The money will be automatically credited into you payment account. You can check transaction history and transfer the money to your bank account as well.

    In fact, You will be able to check and verify the money credited to your account for each order, before processing it.
     
    9. Can we check the money credited before processing the order?
    Yes. Definitely

    The money settlement happens before the task assignment. So you will be able to check the credits in your account and process/deliver the order with complete peace of mind.

    2. your finalized list of items with image and details to display in web site
    3. your license softcopy for selling the items (This is optional, unless for law restricted items)

  • That is all from your end. We will do the rest contacting you, collecting the payment and listing the items.
     
    11. What are the business process flow steps involved for each order?
    The complete business process flow for each order is depicted in following diagram which is self explanatory. As a supplier, your responsibility will be more on "Supply Process" node. Our network will take care of all other responsibilities.


     
    12. What are the modes the end user can make payment?
    The end user can make payment using PayPal account or all other modes (including creditcard / debitcard / NETS) supported by PayPal.
     
    13. How is the information protected in this web site?
